SHELTER OPTIONS

In-Ground Sloped Shelters

5x7 Sloped Top

6x8 Sloped Top

6'8"x 10 Sloped Top

Slope-top storm shelters are designed to be installed outdoors on your property, with the top of the unit positioned about 2 to 2½ feet above ground level. The entry door is angled to meet the ground, providing a natural, sloped entrance. Inside, you’ll find four heavy-duty, non-slip steel steps and double handrails for a safe and comfortable walk down. The door is equipped with a spring-assisted shock system, making it easy to open and close securely.

In-Ground Flat Shelters

5x7 Flat Top

6'8"x10 Flat Top

Flat-top concrete shelters provide a practical option for homeowners wanting the convenience of an indoor storm shelter. When installed in a garage, they must be placed before the home’s foundation is poured. These shelters can also be set outside in your yard, where they maintain a low profile, extending only a few inches above ground level. Inside, you’ll find five sturdy steel non-skid steps with dual handrails, making entry and

exit safe and simple. The door is fitted with a spring-loaded pressure shock, ensuring smooth and easy operation every time.

Above-Ground Safe Rooms

Clearline provides both steel and concrete safe rooms across Oklahoma, built to your exact specifications and installed in as little as two hours.

These shelters are an excellent option when quick and easy access is a priority. Steel safe rooms are most commonly placed in garages of existing homes, but they can also be installed in nearly any room during new construction.

Many families choose to use them as a dual-purpose space such as a closet, pantry, or secure storage area. All safe rooms are anchored to a concrete foundation for maximum stability.

Each comes equipped with a 36” steel door featuring a flat threshold for wheelchair accessibility, along with three heavy-duty deadbolts to provide unmatched protection during severe weather or even a home intrusion.
